This book is a must for anyone who draws down jobs! It has numerous spread sheets. And it is an excellent reference guide. Any one that has ever attended a workshop with Jim Murphy knows he knows his stuff.

Excellent worksheets, a must in estimating jobs!

Anyone who knows Jim, knows he knows whats needed. Very informative worksheets which are a must for estimating jobs. Jim's work sheets are excellent tools to guide you through any job, and saves a tremendous amount of estimating time. This book is a must for all estimators.
